New OLED gadget: ASUS ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH
The ASUS ZenScreen OLED MQ13AH is a portable computer monitor that is based on a 13.3" 1920x1080 AMOLED display. It offers USB Type-C and Mini-HDMI connectors and a proximity sensor to dim the display when not in use.

The OLED MQ13AH is shipping for $349.99. Asus also offers a larger 15.6" FHD version, the MQ16AH.
MagnaChip announces its first power management IC designed for OLED IT displays
OLED driver IC developer MagnaChip has launched its first power management integrated circuit (PMIC) specifically designed for IT devices with OLED displays.

A PMIC supplies power to electronic devices, and it is an important component in mobile devices to optimize power consumption. The newly-designed PMIC communicates with a system by using an Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) interface and can control functions such as output voltage control, ON/OFF block, output voltage sequence management, and more. It supports variable refresh rate OLED displays, from 60Hz to 240Hz.
New OLED gadget: Oppo A1 Pro
The Oppo A1 Pro smartphone offers a 6.7" 120Hz 1080x2412 AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, 8/12 GB of RAM, 128/256 GB of storage, a microSDXC slot, and a dual camera setup with a 108 MP main sensor.

The A1 Pro will ship by the end of November 2022, starting at around $250.
Omdia: the smartphone market is shrinking, but the LTPO-AMOLED display segment is growing fast
Market research firm Omdia says that the global smartphone market is shrinking, and is set to fall 18% in 2022 to 1.425 billion units. LTPS AMOLED display shipments will decline 19% compared to 2021 to 44 million units (LCDs will decline even faster at 26%).
The only segmented that Omdia says is growing is the LTPO AMOLED one, with a fast growth of 94% in 2022 (to 148 million units), and will continue to grow in 2023 (25%).

New OLED gadget: LG UltraGear 27GR95QE-B
LG's UltraGear 27GR95QE-B is a gaming monitor with a 27" 2560x1440 240Hz 0.3ms (GtG) response time OLED display. The monitor is certified for both AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync.

The 27" UltraGear OLED monitor will ship in 2023, with a price tag of $999.
